Surrogacy was a dream of mine for years but I never thought it was achievable. A friend of mine set me up with Jackie from Platinum and we immediately hit it off. It was like catching up with an old friend. I am now in my first trimester and Jackie and Jessica have been by my side the whole journey. They live and breathe Surrogacy and making sure everyone is taken care of is their top priority. I know I am part of a big beautiful family that will stay with me forever.

I have been in the Surrogacy world for a long time (about 8 years to be exact!) I became acquainted with Jackie long before she opened Platinum, and since then we have become close friends. Jackie has been through many hurdles and struggles but always has persevered. I have always admired her strength, dedication, loyalty and trust. I recently had my Surrogate baby in January of 2022. Platinum was there from the very beginning (med protocols, betas, first ultrasound!) Throughout my Surrogacy pregnancy, and until the end—They made sure I had everything I needed Before giving birth at the hospital, after birth— check ins, and continues to be there for me! Jackie and Jess would answer the phone and answer texts/emails in a heartbeat. It is 100% true when they say they are a family business. Their Surrogates are their family. Platinum is not like other agency’s in that they have a caring “feel” about them. You are not just a number, you’re a person with feelings. I loved being a Surrogate. There’s just something so special about carrying a baby for a loving couple to become a family. You will just know from the very beginning that baby you are carrying will be so loved by their intended parents. I have wanted to be a surrogate since I was told at a young age I could not have kids. I was blessed with two beautiful healthy girls and even though they were raised knowing that one day Mommy was going to have a baby for someone who couldn't, it didn't happen until I was 40! I understand that in your 40s is not the age that seems "appropriate or safe" to carry a baby but let me tell you I delivered a healthy beautiful baby boy for two amazing men who my daughters and I are so blessed to know and be a part of their lives and watch their little guy grow!!

One day strolling Facebook I saw a post from Jackie about her surrogacy story and reached out to her right away! After speaking to her for hours on the phone, realizing how much in common we have and feeling like we've been friends forever I decided to sign up with Platinum. Jackie and Jessica have been absolutely incredible from the get-go!! From her first time surrogate not knowing what is what and being able to reach the agency at any time with what seems like such outrageous and weird questions Jackie always picked up the phone to answer them and reassure you that you are not the first surrogate to ask them LOL they prepare you for the ups and downs of the journey and have your back 100% when things come up!!

I can't tell you how much I love them having their sorry it's back but just as much their IPs!! It is 100% of Mom and Pop Shop feel agency instead of a large agency where you were just a number in a paycheck to them! Jackie and Jessica sincerely care about you and are there for you through the whole entire Journey. I can tell you, you literally become a part of their family and have lifelong friends!!

You don't see Platinum advertising all over the place or having a billboard out because they don't need to do that! Word of mouth is what gets a business sincerely out there because the people who are speaking for them are sincere and are telling the truth about business. Let me tell you that Platinum is 100% the agency that I would recommend to anyone looking to have a baby or have a baby for someone. And I am also going to tell you that I am now on my second Journey with an absolutely amazing couple who I can't speak highly enough about being so humble and not a bitter bone in their body after what they've been through!

When I first started talking to Jackie and through my whole entire first journey, I said over and over "one and done" haha well I was proving wrong! The feeling of being able to give someone the best gift in the whole entire world is more of an incredible feeling that I can explain!!

I would like to share my experience with working with you, Jessica, and of course our best friend Lisa. I was referred by Tian to Jackie in the summer of 2021, when our embryos were ready for half a year and at that time we had a lot of struggles working with another agent and finally we decided to quit as they were not honest to us and the potential surrogate. When I talked with Jackie in the very first beginning call, I could feel that this lady was not there for business, but for helping us. The other agent asked for fees first before introducing any surrogate, but Jackie already had one for us and then worked on the paperwork.

I can still remember when Jackie pushed us to run fast, and I told Tommy that this time we were halfway to success. As a new IP, and especially males, we had very little knowledge about the pregnancy process or medical exams for surrogates. Jackie was always there to answer my question at any time. The whole transfer process was smooth and worry free for all of us, but I could imagine the efforts from Jackie were not little.

Time flew by, and finally we were approaching the due date. As new parents, we had no experience as other new parents. Jackie called me and gave me the brief for whole delivery process and reminded us of the infant items to be prepared. When we went to the hospital to welcome our new baby, we were confident as everything was prepared, including paperwork, and additional room for us.

Our surrogate Lisa always praised Jackie and Jessica, and at that time I knew you were sisters.
It's so nice to work with you guys together to make our dream true, especially important to our
parents as I am the only child of the family. Your kindness, honesty and caring are so important to all IPs.

My husband and I having been suffering from infertility for over 15 years. We’ve gone through 9 rounds of IVF and 8 miscarriages. We have had countless surgeries and treatments to help with no luck. We decided to turn to surrogacy about 3 years ago. We have been with a couple of different agencies, matched with a couple of surrogates but were ghosted both times. At that point I decided to put ourselves out there again emailing several agencies. It wasn’t until Jackie and I had our first conversation back in December 2021 that we put faith back into this process. From day one there was an instant connection, Jackie listened, sympathized and guided us like no other in this industry has before. There was a huge amount of compassion and love. Since then we have matched with a wonderful, loving woman. Jackie and Jessica have been there every step of the way. No matter what time of day or night they respond to our text messages immediately followed by phone conversations that are endless, with no time limits and no questions unanswered. The love, passion, commitment and knowledge that we have received from Platinum has kept us grounded and continue to give us faith and hope that one day we will bring our miracle home. It was such an amazing experience to work with Jackie and Jes at Platinum! I carried twice and really became one of the family. I definitely recommend Platinum to anyone because of the one on one support and care!

I have been with platinum surrogacy for almost 3 years and you will NOT find a more supportive, understanding professional group of women. When I first came to Platinum, I knew I wanted to be a surrogate but had no idea how to go about the process. Jackie takes the time to explain everything. Anytime of day, she is there for you. From matching surrogates and IPs to helping along the way with appointments and concerns to being there after the birth. Platinum is a family, women who are there for each other, compassionate and straightforward.

I've known Jackie and Jessica for over a decade now. Jackie and I 'grew up' in the Surrogacy world together back with our Mentor, Joanne. We learned the ropes of our community and became family to one another.

We both had carried at another agency but had always felt like a number there and never valued or appreciated. I've always supported Jackie opening Platinum because I knew I would have a place to continue my Surrogacy career where I was accepted and welcomed. I joined the Platinum family in 2021. I absolutely love being pregnant but I am 100% done with having my own children, 3 is enough. The day that I had my phone call to get to know more about being a surrogate, I was so terrified. Jackie is absolutely wonderful and she helped make the decision of becoming a surrogate so easy.
I did my first surrogate journey for a wonderful dad who is now my lifelong friend.
